It's Us!

School Montessori

Drugie Piętro

We are an inclusive school, where up to 30% of students are children with disabilities. We take great care to maintain this delicate balance. Neurotypical children learn to support and recognize children who require support, while non-neurotypical children have the opportunity to observe and model their own behaviors. We work according to the Maria Montessori method, supporting each child's development through individualized attention, collaboration, and active learning.

Education

Montessori

Every child is different, develops at their own pace, and has unique interests. Education should nurture their potential in a calm, safe environment, free from pressure and competition, fostering qualities such as diligence, perseverance, and goal-oriented pursuit.

The key to education at the Montessori School is cooperation instead of competition, responsibility instead of passivity, working towards silence instead of "venting", building a better self instead of comparing.

You Ask,

We Respond

What does the integration of children with special needs look like?

Integration at our school means not only learning together, but also individual work plans, group projects that teach cooperation, and building an atmosphere of acceptance and empathy among all students.

Is there a core curriculum at school?

Yes. We work with the Polish core curriculum, but we implement it using Montessori methods, which allows children to learn in a more practical and engaging way.

What does learning look like in Montessori classrooms?

Children learn through action and experience. Classrooms are equipped with Montessori materials that foster logical thinking, creativity, and independence. Lessons are often individual or in small groups, with the teacher acting as a guide, not a lecturer.
